WATCH: Kamala Harris Accepts CNN Town Hall Invite After Trump Drops Out of 2nd Debate

Donald Trump has rejected a proposed Fox News debate and a second scheduled debate on CNN with Vice President Kamala Harris on October 23rd, hilariously claiming he won their first debate and therefore doesn't need another one.

On Wednesday night, Trump raged in his usual all-caps that “THERE WILL BE NO REMATCH” in a post on his failing Truth Social app.

CNN decided to offer both candidates a Town Hall instead. The Harris campaign immediately accepted, but the Trump campaign shouldn't have been given the same offer. If he won't accept the debate terms, why give him the chance to lie to the American people without facing VP Harris again?

CNN released a statement of its own on Thursday, with the subtext being "Trump is a toddler who can't play nice with women, so we're indulging him."

The network says the town halls will take place before a live audience of "undecided voters" from Pennsylvania.

“We continue to believe the American people would benefit from hearing more from the two major candidates for President of the United States and so CNN has extended invitations to both campaigns to participate in separate CNN Town Halls on October 23,” CNN said in a statement on Thursday.

Both candidates are already scheduled for separate Town Halls with Univision, the country’s leading Spanish-language network. Vice President Harris will hold hers Thursday night, with Trump's to follow on October 16th.

Twitter users were quick to point out CNN's indulgence of Trump this late in the race.
