WATCH: VP Candidates Back on the Campaign Trail After Debate

One day after meeting on the debate stage in Manhattan, Vice Presidential candidates Gov. Tim Walz and Sen. JD Vance were back out on the campaign trail in the swing states of Pennsylvania and Michigan, respectively.

While the consensus was that Gov. Walz won the debate based solely on Vance's refusal to say whether or not Donald Trump lost the 2020 election, the Coach started a tad shaky and flubbed a few lines, but found his footing quickly. Vance smoothly lied throughout the 90 minutes, claiming he never said he wanted a national abortion ban (he did) and that Trump "saved Obamacare" (he didn't).

Both candidates were back out on the campaign trail on Wednesday, where Vance doubled down on refusing to confirm Trump lost the election and Walz seemed buoyed by his post-debate boost in the polls.

“The media is obsessed with talking about the election of four years ago,” Vance said Wednesday in Oakland County, MI, not answering the 2020 election question again. “I am focused on the election of 33 days from now because I want to throw (Democratic Vice President) Kamala Harris out of office and get back to common sense economic policies.”

Gov. Walz kicked off his weeklong travel and media blitz -- including rallies, direct voter engagement events, fundraisers, and two national TV interviews--with a rally in York, Pennsylvania, where he was joined by Pennsylvania Sen. John Fetterman.

The Harris-Walz campaign has already made an ad from JD's blunder, btw.
