Debate Day has finally arrived, and the court of public opinion has already decided that Donald Trump is going to lose very badly to Vice President Kamala Harris.
Trump, the convicted felon with multiple court cases, has no policy to speak of. The Vice President is a former prosecutor who has a long history of facing down criminals and just released a new policy platform ahead of the debate.
The Harris campaign has also released a devastating new ad that flat-out calls Trump a liar.
Trump is expected to not just lie, but also personally insult the Vice President with his usual bullying. It's a tactic that hasn't worked on her yet, mainly because she has the facts on her side.
VP Harris has repeatedly shown off her debating skills, from shutting down Tulsi Gabbard at the Democratic Presidential debate in 2019 to knocking then-VP Mike Pence off of his game with a simple, "I'm speaking" at their lone debate in 2020.
The debate is ultimately a chance for Americans who haven't been paying close attention to the race to truly see who both candidates are. And they're the Vice President of the United States and a guy who has a prisoner number.
Debate parties have been planned for tonight, both online and off, with influencers ready to generate plenty of content.
