WATCH: Musk Mocked For Glitchy Twitter Chat With 'Denture Donald'

From its very delayed start, the heavily promoted "interview" on Twitter Spaces between Elon Musk and Donald Trump couldn't have been a better display of how alike the two of them truly are.

First planned as a one-hour chat (which led to a blackout from millions of users), the narcissistic duo blathered on for two hours like they'd been pals forever despite once being sworn online enemies.

The "surprisingly dull meeting of two planet-sized egos," as dubbed by The Guardian, hit all of their favorite subjects like racism, misogyny, and antisemitism.

“I want to emphasize it’s a conversation, and it’s really intended to just get a feel for what Donald Trump is just like in a conversation,” Musk said on his end of the audio-only chat.

Yeah, because none of us have heard Trump ramble on. He doesn't have conversations, he waits for chances to talk over the other person.

There was also a lot of smoochy talk for the once-banned Trump, who went on to set up his own social media app/shell company, Truth Social. As part of his investor agreement, Trump promised to only post on Truth Social and never tweet again, not even if his account was restored.

Musk restored his account earlier this year, but Trump only began tweeting again once the Space had been announced.

Trump said he was grateful to Musk for giving him the space to share his views “at length.” He also said that Tesla cars were “great,” a significant turnaround from his previous views on electric vehicles.

Twitter users who listened in also picked up on Trump's apparent lisp, and "Denture Donald" immediately began trending along with "Donald Duck."

Musk let it all happen without fact-checking, but CNN caught Trump lying at least 60 times in two hours, signaling a slow night for him.

MSNBC's coverage also pointed out just how crazy the whole thing was.
