No one knows Donald Trump quite like his former fixer and now-critic Michael Cohen, who has a dire warning for everyone regarding Trump's language around the November 5th election and what he'll do to "The Enemy Within" once the results are announced.
Trump has promised to essentially smite all of his enemies regardless of the election's outcome. If he's handed another loss like he was in 2020, he'll lash out against a "rigged system" to fire up his base into staging another January 6th. If he somehow wins, Trump has promised to use the American military against citizens who don't "obey" him.
While most of what Trump says in his defense is a lie, everything he says when he's on offense is true. He will make good on all of his threats and more if he's emboldened instead of stopped, which is something Cohen has repeated in his many media appearances.
“The big warning that I want people to understand is when Donald Trump says something, stop sane washing it," Cohen said last weekend. "Stop trying to make it into something which has some normalcy to it. What he says, he intends to do."
Cohen was back on MSNBC on Saturday to issue his warnings about Trump yet again, first with Ali Velshi. The "new alarms" are the same old alarms, just with more terrible things to be alarmed about.
Trump and his cronies will implement Project 2025 and worse from Day One. Conversely, they'll also do everything they can to prevent Kamala Harris from being inaugurated. Cohen is hoping his warnings aren't dismissed as hyperbole when Trump has already shown his hand.
