WATCH: Lawrence O'Donnell Calls Trump "The Laziest Candidate Ever"

Vice President Kamala Harris and her running mate, Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, spent Labor Day at several campaign events across several states. "Coach" Walz had time to stop at the Minnesota State Fair, while the Vice President helmed a solo rally in Detroit, then headed to Pittsburgh to join President Joe Biden at a Labor Day Parade, their first joint appearance since President Biden stepped aside in late July.

Donald Trump and his running mate, JD Vance, were nowhere to be seen.

The Harris/Walz campaign is currently crisscrossing America in a tour bus with 50 stops on its roster. Local and Congressional Democrats will meet every stop to talk about reproductive rights and other top issues for Democratic voters.

Trump has one campaign event this weekend in Wisconsin, because he's spending this whole week in court.

Trump's court calendar is a major problem for his campaign, but his running mate isn't helping much either. Lacking charisma or any discernable personality, JD Vance continues to lose points in popularity polls, remaining in the negative numbers as Gov. Walz gains.

The Trump campaign is so lazy, they're recycling old nicknames from the last two elections.

One week ahead of their scheduled debate, VP Harris is beating Trump in the polls and outfundraising his campaign by hundreds of thousands of dollars. Rally audiences aren't getting Trump's best speeches, folks.

MSNBC's Lawrence O'Donnell explains why Trump won't be able to catch up to the Harris campaign, because he's "the laziest presidential campaigner in history."
