Special Counsel Robert Hur decided not to charge Joe Biden in his classified documents case. Hur also made the decision to make his findings highly-partisan by making notes about Biden's memory in his findings.

Joe Scarborough took issue with how Hur presented his information. He discussed the case on Friday morning's episode of Morning Joe along with co-host Mika Brzezinski.
Brzezinski read the portion of the findings where Hur called the President, "a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory." Scarborough then jumped in, "a neurologist and a lawyer."
The host continued by saying:
"You kind of need to stop there. A neurologist from Trump University. I've got to stop right here, I know we want to go on and finish this report. So bizarre, so many people that immediately heard these random conclusions, irrelevant conclusions, politically charged, Trump-like ramblings."
