While speaking with reporters on Wednesday, President Joe Biden took time out to slam Georgia congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene over her wild climate change theories.
She has been in the news ever since she took office, but Marjorie Taylor Greene has been seemingly quiet over the last few months. But the Georgia Republican has been loud about the recent weather issues, claiming that Democrats are not doing what they need to do to keep people in red states close.
President Joe Biden has never had the time to put up with Greene's nonsense and that didn't change on Wednesday.
Biden began by saying, "I want to thank the governors. They stepped up." The President then moved onto conspiracy theorists, saying, "Even one congresswoman suggested that I control the weather, implying that I'm sending it to red states. I mean, stuff off the wall. It's like out of a comic book. It's beyond ridiculous. It's got to stop."
The President then looked to dispel Republican rumors that people in crisis would only receive $750, which was just an immediate contribution for costs. He continued, "You lost everything, and you get $750. ... They give you an immediate what you need to get by the next day to get a prescription to get whatever."
