WATCH: Fox News Host Rips Into Pundits Who Report That Trump Has Changed

During a recent episode of Fox News' The Five, host Jessica Tarlov criticized fellow television pundits who are claiming that Donald Trump has changed his tone.

Donald Trump has been in politics for almost a decade now, and he's had several moments where TV taking heads claimed that he was changing his tune. In the end, Trump always goes back to the angry little man he has always been.

Still, Trump vowed that his RNC speech would aim to unify Americans all over the country, but after beginning with some thoughts about the attempted assassination, he droned on the same way he always does.

"The speech was has to be 3000 words and he went 12,000 words," she said. "So that’s 9000, 9000 words worth of ad-libbing. So if you think that all of those ad libs were unifying were about bringing people together, you are sorely mistaken."

Tarlov continued

"I don’t understand why pundits like Van Jones, like Scott Jennings, for instance, are not sick of being embarrassed by saying that Donald Trump has changed. There were no actual olive branches. When you look at the policies that he was talking about, he was talking to that room, and that room only. He was not talking to Nikki Haley voters. He was not talking to left leaning independents."
