During a Friday spot on Fox Business, the panel was forced to reveal another job report from the Biden administration that exceeded expectations.
Fox has endlessly claimed that the economy is in rough shape and that Donald Trump is the only person who can fix the problem. But during Biden's term in office, economic reports have regularly shown above-average results.
After noting that the unemployment rate had gone down, Maria Bartiromo remarked, "You know what? I read this as good news is, once again, good news. Okay. Dow Industrials up 129, Nasdaq up 131 on a much better than expected jobs report."
Guest Joanie Bily desperately attempted to spin the report, saying, "When you dig into the data in this report, you can see that those jobs are really created and coming from health care and then leisure and hospitality. Those are the two big sectors, almost 160,000 of those jobs created in September came from those sectors... the leisure and hospitality are low-paying jobs."
Despite the obvious good news, Bily was able to convince Bartiromo that the great report was actually a bad thing. She told her audience, "I'm changing my tune on this. We're looking at low-paying jobs... we're looking at government jobs... these are the jobs where, okay, that's fine, but these aren't the jobs that we want to see growing!"
