Over the last five years, Donald Trump and the Right-Wing media arm have been calling Joe Biden feeble and nonsensical. The talking point works for their viewers for the most part, but it starts to crumble when the President gives a speech or participates in a debate.
A debate looms between Biden and Trump, and rules have been put in place that could make things very difficult for the Republican. During a speech he made in Wisconsin on Tuesday, the 45th President claimed that his opponent could very well be on drugs.
He told the crowd:
Joe Biden doesn’t have a clue. Now we’re gonna watch– is anybody gonna watch the debate? He’s gonna be so pumped up, he’s gonna be pumped up. You know all that stuff that was missing about a month ago from the White House? What happened?
Trump continued, "Somebody didn’t pick up hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of cocaine. I wonder who that could’ve been. I don’t know. Actually, I think it was Joe.."

The former President is bringing cocaine, of course, as a way to attack Biden's son Hunter, who has battled drug addiction in the past. He is also setting his fans up for his likely loss in the debate, by creating the idea that Biden only bested him because he was on drugs.
