At a Thursday congressional hearing, Democrat Jared Moskowitz took his time listing Republican James Comer's failures.
Comer, a Kentucky congressman, was tasked with digging up dirt on Joe Biden throughout his presidency. The Republican made plenty of big promises about taking down the Biden crime family.
In the end, Comer was never able to prove any kind of wrong-doing by the President. But that never stopped him from making colossal boasts, only to end up embarrassed each time.
Moskowitz made Comer a punchline today, saying on the House floor:
"Let's remember: We misplaced an informant over a year ago, couldn't find him, didn't know where he went. Another informant was indicted for providing false information that came from Russian intelligence. We used a second informant... who turned out to be an indicted Chinese foreign agent. And to top it off, the chairman [Comer] was like, 'Who could we find to make it even better? Maybe we can get someone to testify from prison!' Which, actually, we did hear."
The Florida Representative wasn't quite done hammering his message about Comer home and managed to get in a shot at Donald Trump as well, "You could call for impeachment right now! We got a little bit of time left before the election... when are we going to schedule an impeachment? Or is this just 'concepts of impeachment'?"
