WATCH: Colorado Governor Jared Polis Says Trump has Forgotten Who He's Running Against

During an appearance on CNN last night, Colorado Governor Jared Polis told Kaitlan Collins that Trump is in cognitive decline and has forgotten who he's running against.

The GOP has serious money concerns. Kamala Harris has raised more than a billion in the months since she's taken over the nomination, more than Trump has raised this year. And a fair amount of the money raised by Republicans is going directly to Trump rather than candidates in race around the country.

Despite the money problems, Trump is currently holding rallies in states he has no hope of winning, like Colorado. During a recent rally, Trump slammed Polis saying that he has caused immigration issues and calling him chickensh*t.

Collins asked Polis, "What I was thinking about listening to it is he was using the same terms and to attack you that he also used to attack a popular Republican governor in Georgia. I mean, he called Brian Kemp also weak and ineffective. And it’s just it wasn’t even just to you. You’re a Democrat, obviously. You’ve criticized him, but he’s also said the same thing about governors in his own party."

The Colorado Governor answered:

"Some say it’s cognitive decline, whatever it is. But the more he’s distracted and attacking people like Governor Kemp or me – whether they’re Republican or Democrat – maybe he’s forgotten who he’s running against. And I think that’s great because I support Kamala Harris and I think she’ll be a great president. So, you know, let him attack all these other people and try to settle all of these grudges he has. And I don’t think that’s what the American people want."
