WATCH: CNN Anchor Makes Lara Trump Admit She Has No Evidence for GOP Claims

During a segment on CNN on Tuesday, host Kasie Hunt got Lara Trump to admit that there was no evidence behind the voter fraud claims coming out of the Trump campaign.

Lara Trump used to have it pretty easy. She would regularly appear on Conservative media networks and say whatever she felt like without any kind of pushback. These days, Lara Trump is the RNC head and sometimes she has to appear on networks that ask follow up questions. That is exactly what happened today when she went on CNN.

Hunt brought up recent comments where Donald Trump said that 20% of the votes in Pennsylvania were fraudulent. Lara Trump answered, " He’s specifically referencing information from the 2020 election. What we’re talking about right now is making sure that every vote matters and every vote counts. And I’ve worked very hard at the RNC."

Hunt pressed, "What information do we have? What evidence is there that 20% of the mail-in ballots in Pennsylvania in 2020 were fraudulent?"

Trump was forced to admit:

"I didn’t see that report, so I’d have to go back and look at it. So I can’t directly speak to that. But what I can tell you is, we’ve worked very hard on the ground at the RNC to make sure every voter in this country feels like, when you cast a ballot, whether it’s via mail, whether it’s early voting in-person, or whether it’s on Election Day in an election office around the country, your vote matters and your vote counts."
