WATCH: Another Date Added to Trump's Crowded September Court Calendar

Donald Trump is trying to weasel out of debating Vice President Kamala Harris on September 10th.

He's currently blaming the host network, ABC, and also claimed it was VP Harris who doesn't want to debate because "she's a terrible debater" who's "scared."

Every accusation is a confession from the convicted felon who genuinely doesn't want to face another prosecutor.

While it doesn't matter which network hosts the debate because the VP would still own him, Trump could legitimately use his court calendar as an excuse to stay away from Philadelphia on the 10th.

Trump will have already faced three court appearances before the still-scheduled debate with the Vice President. Pretty sure she might bring those up.

Aside from the rescheduled status conference with Judge Tanya Chutkan on September 5th and his rematch with E. Jean Carroll on, the 6th, Trump has a new date added: September 3rd.

The estate of Isaac Hayes was granted an emergency hearing on that day after the Trump campaign continued to use his cover of the song, "Hold On, I'm Coming."

Earlier this month, the Hayes estate filed a cease-and-desist and asked for $3 million related to Trump’s unauthorized use of the Sam & Dave classic which, by the estate lawyer’s count, had been played “over one hundred times” at Trump rallies since 2022.

The Trump campaign will also be getting the same treatment from Foo Fighters after using their song "My Hero" to introduce dead animal carcass enthusiast RFK Jr at a rally last week.

For those keeping score--and we can assume that includes the Harris/Walz campaign--it's a fine addition to the really big court date of September 18th, when Trump is scheduled to be sentenced by Judge Juan Merchan in Manhattan on 34 felony counts.
