During a recent discussion with Tucker Carlson, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. said that Donald Trump has tasked him with finding people to run the FDA and CDC.
In addition to being a member of America's most well-known political families is also famous for being one of the country's most prominent conspiracy theorists. In addition to spreading widely debunked misinformation, Kennedy Jr. recently became known for eating dogs and abusing the corpses of a bear and a whale.
Now, as a surrogate for Donald Trump, Kennedy Jr. is aiding the Republican in his campaign. Obviously., someone like Kennedy Jr. should be no where near a decision like this and he was roundly rejected by voters. Still, Kennedy Jr. told Carlson:
"President Trump has asked me specifically to dseo two things. One, to help unravel the capture of the agencies by corrupt influence. In other words, to drain the swamp. And, you know, I had to say something about President Trump."
While Kennedy seemed awfully confident in delivering his news to the former Fox News host, Trump's team isn't so sure. Spokesperson Karoline Leavitt said:
"President Trump announced a Trump Vance transition leadership group to initiate the process of preparing for what comes after the election. But formal discussions of who will serve in a second Trump Administration is premature. President Trump will choose the best people for his Cabinet to undo all the damage that Kamala Harris has done to our country."
