Fox News Says That They Aren't Blackballing Donald Trump Jr.

Fox News responded on Tuesday to claims from Donald Trump Jr. that the network was blackballing him from appearing on air.

Donald Trump Jr. inherited the name of his famous father, but he also inherited many of his characteristics. Like his Dad, Trump Jr. always feels as if he is being victimized by someone And he recently decided that he is being victimized by the Fox News Network.

Trump Jr. recently sat down for a conversation with Mike Allen from Axios who referenced the dislike between Fox owner Rupert Murdoch and Donald Trump. "Do you believe you were blacklisted from Fox News," Allen asked.

"I don’t know that it matters,” Trump Jr. responded. It’s certainly a nice venue to [speak] and it is reaching people, but it’s sort of the same people I’ve been reaching in other venues. I hope it [changes] because we want to be out there. We want to be able to get that message out there. I think I deliver it fairly well most of the time and so we’ll see what happens."

The network was surprised by Trump Jr.'s comments, particularly because he had just been on. Fox wrote in a statement, "Donald Trump Jr. was on FOX News Channel yesterday with correspondent Aishah Hasnie. Prior to the Axios event, Fox & Friends asked him to appear on the show on Wednesday and he has since accepted that booking. He is and always has been welcome on all FOX News Media platforms."
