Celine Dion Mocks Donald Trump, Demands He Stop Using Her Song

On Saturday, Celine Dion became the latest musician to demand that Donald Trump stop using her music in his campaign and took a shot at him in the process.

Since 2015, it has been a tradition for musicians to find themselves horrified that their songs had been used at a Donald Trump rally. Artists like Tom Petty, Neil Young, REM, Aerosmith and the Rolling Stones have all asked him to knock it off.

On Friday night, Donald Trump hilariously played the theme from the Titanic during his campaign event in Montana. In addition to it being a really poor choice for a sinking campaign, it also led Dion to ask him to stop.

The superstar singer shared a post on X that read:

"Today, Celine Dion’s management team and her record label, Sony Music Entertainment Canada Inc., became aware of the unauthorized usage of the video, recording, musical performance, and likeness of Celine Dion singing “My Heart Will Go On” at a Donald Trump / JD Vance campaign rally in Montana. In no way is this use authorized, and Celine Dion does not endorse this or any similar use.…And really, THAT song?"

Trump often acts like nothing bothers him when a celebrity complains about being associated with him. Internally, though, he is likely seething at this rebuke from a major star like Dion.
