Why Michael Cohen Thinks Rudy Giuliani Is About To Be Bad News For Trump
A search warrant was executed on Rudy Giuliani’s home and office on Wednesday. Now Donald Trump’s former attorney, Michael Cohen, is dishing on why he thinks a raid on his successor is really bad news for the former President.
Rudy Giuliani served as personal attorney to Donald Trump after Michael Cohen went to prison for lying to Congress on Trump’s behalf. Federal agents reportedly seized electronic devices belonging to Giuliani. In a CNN interview, Michael Cohen explains, from his own knowledge and experience, why he thinks this is really bad news for Donald Trump.
"What I told him was that Donald Trump doesn't care about anyone or anything, that he will be the next one to be thrown under the bus," says Michael Cohen of Rudy Giuliani.

“Even if Rudy, who I don’t think is technological, tried to delete, it doesn’t make a difference,” Cohen explained, describing his own experience, in which he says that when it was his turn to be raided by the FBI, agents were able to recover data on his devices that he was sure he’d gotten rid of.
His second major reason for suggesting that a raid on Giuliani will ultimately turn up a lot of dirt on Trump?
“Because Rudy’s an idiot.”
Cohen goes on, “Rudy drinks so much, Rudy behaves in such an erratic manner, that who knows what’s on those telephones, or what’s on his computers?”
There’s one more contributing factor that Cohen believes spells trouble for Donald Trump.
“Prior to Donald becoming President, Rudy didn’t like Donald and Donald certainly didn’t like Rudy. So do I think Rudy will give up Donald in a heartbeat? Absolutely! He certainly doesn’t want to follow my path down, into a 36-month sentence.”
