WATCH: Young, Fit Surgeon General: “Trump is Healthier Than I Am”
Despite the fact that he rarely exercises, eats a terrible diet and is clearly overweight, White House doctors have been eager to say that Donald Trump is in good health. Dr. Ronny Jackson, once the White House physician, marveled at the health of the President.
Dr. Jerome Adams, who was installed as the United States Surgeon General in September of 2017, recently became the latest Doctor to be impressed with Trump’s health. Over the weekend, Dr. Adams told CNN that the President is, “healthier than I am.”
When speaking with about the Coronavirus risks, the Doctor said, “Speaking of being at risk. The President sleeps less than I do and he’s healthier than what I am. So that’s the reason that this messaging is hard. Because there are 70 year old’s that run marathons that are healthier than some 30 year olds’s.”

Dr. Adams also gave his advice for avoiding the Cornonavirus. He continued: “If people are going to go out there, we want them to be extra cautious. We want them to wash their hands frequently. And I was with the president on Friday. And I just said, ‘Sir, when is the last time you have washed your hands?’ And he said, ‘I washed my hands just a few minutes ago.”
For his hyperbolic comments on Trump’s fitness, Dr. Jackson was rewarded with the opportunity to become the Secretary of Veterans Affairs. He pulled out from consideration after rumors of professional misconduct surfaced. It’s yet to be seen how Dr. Adams will be rewarded.
