While the U.S. was unable to implement any broad vaccine mandates, that hasn’t stopped multiple groups of truck drivers and their supporters from forming a convoy to protest against COVID-19 safety protocols. The protests, which have also been described as a response to gas prices and other inconveniences they blame on President Joe Biden, are intended to focus on a trip to D.C. to air their grievances. Now former child star Ricky Schroder has joined them.
In a somewhat disjointed statement released on video, Schroder is warning the Biden Administration that they had “better change their minds” unless they’re “ready to kill us all,” and lists some of his complaints, including that he feels people are being treated as livestock, and that he alleges the military and law enforcement are being “purged.”

“They don’t wanna have patriots in those institutions that will resist them. So we’ve got to hold the line,” he says, going on to demand “freedom for anybody who wants it, and that includes our kids in uniform.”
He states his demand for the Biden Administration:
“You gotta back off and drop the mandates, because we’re not gonna live like it. So unless you’re ready to, I guess, kill us all, you better change your minds. Because we’re not gonna live as slaves to a society that is godless…Free America from this medical tyranny and these corrupt leaders who are bankrupting us and our children’s futures. So, if you guys don’t want this, end the mandates immediately. End the mandates for everybody.”
