During his four years in office, Donald Trump had a serious problem convincing any celebrities to visit him at the White House. A number of championship-winning sports teams refused to celebrate in Washington DC. And Trump never once attended the Kennedy Center Honors.

Now that Joe Biden is in office, many of the old traditions are back in place. Celebrities commonly visit the White House to promote important causes. On Tuesday, Korean supergroup BTS appeared in Washington to raise awareness about anti-Asian violence. And this enraged Tucker Carlson to no end.
The Fox host complained, “Things have gotten very bad for Joe Biden, both public-facing and internally. What are they doing about it? Well, they broke glass in case of emergency and invited a Korean pop group to speak at the White House today. Watch.”
Carlson, who doesn’t believe racism is a problem in the United States, played a clip of BTS member Kim Namjoon saying, “Hi, we’re BTS and it is a great honor to be invited to the White House today to discuss the important issues of anti-Asian hate crimes, Asian inclusion, and diversity.”
“Yeah, so we got a Korean pop group to discuss anti-Asian hate crimes in the United States,” Carlson remarked. “Okay. Good job, guys.”
