Donald Trump may not be running for public office at the moment, but he’s still fundraising. His supporters can still count on receiving multiple emails each week asking for their hard earned money.
What the former president it doing with that money, however, is not known. What is for sure, though, is that is isn’t being given to the defense funds of the 1/6 insurrectionists. And Fox host Tucker Carlson finds that appalling.
During an interview on Tucker Carlson Today, the host asked, “People are going to be offended that I ask this, but I can’t help myself. What about the president on whose behalf they were gathered that day. Has anybody sent them money? All these people, Brad Parscale, are getting rich by saying the last election was rigged. Which it clearly was. And there making all this money and all these people are sending all this money down to Florida. But is any of that money going to defend these people who went down to the rally on behalf of that candidate?”
After his guest referred to the rioters as political prisoners and attempted to paint Ashli Babbitt as a martyr, Carlson again went back to the fact that Trump hasn’t aided the insurrectionists financially, saying, “I find that appalling.”

Tucker says he “finds it appalling” that none of the money that was sent to Trump by supporters to fund election audits or to help J6 defendants ever actually went where it was intended. He is shocked Trump kept all the money. pic.twitter.com/ngfEyn4SnySee Also
