WATCH: Trump's Bad Week Sets Up Several September Court Dates

No week is a good week for Donald Trump, but this past week was one of the worst weeks he's had in a few weeks.

Aside from causing a major controversy with his disrespectful photo op at Arlington National Cemetary, Trump was also handed another L when DOJ Special Counsel Jack Smith filed a superseding indictment to resume prosecution in his January 6th case.

Trump Media stock plummeted in the wake of the new indictments, with shares falling under $20.

New polls revealed that Vice President Kamala Harris is outpacing Trump by as much as seven points, with major shifts seen in key battleground states after the VP's strong acceptance speech at the Democratic National Convention.

And while the Vice President's running mate, Gov. Tim Walz, is proving to be one of the most popular VP candidates in history, Trump's choice is turning off voters with his anti-woman rhetoric and his awkward inability to relate to people.

The Harris/Walz campaign is also out fundraising Trump's, and although final quarter numbers aren't in yet, all reports point to a record haul of more than half a billion dollars raised since President Joe Biden stepped aside in late July.

Meanwhile, both campaigns are engaged in a back-and-forth over the debate rules as the September 10th date approaches. The Harris campaign contends the microphones should be left hot, while the Trump campaign has agreed to ABC's rules of the microphones being muted.

But before Trump can show up to debate the former prosecutor, he has several court dates to cross off his calendar first while he also attempts yet again to delay his sentencing on September 18th.
