As we witness the crumbling of the Trump empire in real time, TV pundits and legal experts are having a field day prognosticating over just what might happen once the criminal investigation into the Trump Organization. While most opine that the Former Guy himself won’t ever see the inside of a jail cell, he can at least plan on spending a significant amount of time inside of a courtroom along with his three main adult children.
Michael Cohen has already been a trove of information, and his predictions about Trump Org CFO Allen Weisselberg are all proving to be true, especially when he said the critical member of the Trump Org would eventually sing like a bird. Weisselberg is now expected to fully cooperate with the Manhattan DA in exchange for a reduction in charges, or perhaps some sort of immunity deal. With more Trump insiders feeling the heat from the Feds, more insider info is leaking to the public.

Harry Litman, former Deputy Assistant Attorney General, joined Nicolle Wallace on Friday’s edition of “Deadline: White House” to explain the charges against Trump under the New York law, “little RICO”, that Manhattan District Attorney Cy Vance could be considering against Donald Trump’s businesses. Litman says the organization was “rotten to its core”, with the insidiously criminal way they conducted their business.
"The focus is really the enterprise, that the Trump Organization is rotten to its core…It's not just Trump isolated crimes, it's not just Weisselberg. It was a way of doing business, an M.O. that was corrupt. That's how they did things there" – @harrylitman w/ @NicolleDWallace pic.twitter.com/5QUahVmbAB
