Before their 2020 debates, Donald Trump and Conservative talking heads repeatedly claimed that Joe Biden was feeble-minded and incapable of participating. But the Democrat easily proved that he was more than up to the task, and Republicans were boxed in.
The same thing happens yearly during the State of the Union address. Conservatives claim that the President won't be able to get through such a speech. Then they are left flailing after he knocks the speech out of the park.
The new theory for Republicans is that Joe Biden is able to perform this way because he is on some kind of drug. And during his speech on Friday night, Donald Trump claimed that he will ask Joe Biden to take a drug test prior to their debate.
Trump said last night, "I just wanna debate this guy, but you know– and I’m gonna demand a drug test too, by the way. I am. No, I really am. I don’t want him coming in like the State of the Union. He was high as a kite."
The 45th President continued, "He can't find his way off the state, he can't put two sentences together. Although he has agreed to debate, so maybe they know something. He's going to be so jacked-up for these debates you won't even know...what."

At this point, it is pretty clear that Trump is the one who is addled and he will have a tough time in a debate that isn't entirely rigged for him. The projection is stong with this one.
