In a desperate attempt to distract from Donald Trump’s legal issues, Fox News has resorted to nearly 24-hour coverage of Hillary Clinton. Vox’s Aaron Rupar noted on Thursday that Fox had only mentioned Trump’s New York City legal issues twice, but had mentioned Clinton over 100 times.
During a speech at the New York Democratic Party on Thursday, Clinton hinted that she could sue the network. During his nightly show, Sean Hannity dared the former Presidential candidate to do so.
Clinton explained during her speech yesterday, “Fox leads the charge with accusations against me, counting on their audience to fall for it again. And as an aside, they’re getting awfully close to actual malice in their attacks. But as I said, don’t get distracted. Don’t let the extremes of any or either side throw us off course. Focus on the solutions that matter to voters, not the slogans that only matter on Twitter.”
Hannity played a clip of the comments, then ranted, “It’s called discovery and it’s called depositions. Bring it on. Malice? Really? It’s called news. Hillary, we invite you to bring it on. It’s from a legal filing we quoted exactly from the filing that was put in federal court.”

Monday: Claims filing shows servers were infiltrated
Tuesday: The servers weren’t infiltrated but it’s still spying
Wednesday: The NYT says spying and infiltrate isn’t in the filing. We’re gonna play word games now?
