[WATCH] Rudy Giuliani has Racist Meltdown on Fox News over Black Lives Matter
Rudy Giuliani, a former New York City mayor and occasional TV lawyer for President Donald Trump, referred to Black Lives Matter as a terrorist group in a racist, bug-eyed Fox and Friends rant Thursday morning.
“This is no longer America…they are literally trying to overthrow our way of life,” Giuliani said of the organization, whose mission is to end racial injustice and police brutality.
“Just read the agenda” of Black Lives Matter, Giuliani said, claiming without evidence that the organization wants “black people to get salaries for the rest of their lives, and nobody else.” Giuliani then lumped BLM in with ANTIFA, which has no official hierarchy, as “domestic terrorist groups without any doubt.”
The dogwhistling and whitesplaining did not end there, though.
“Do you know who knows that best? African-Americans. I’ve actually had them tell me, why aren’t they classified as a terrorist group,” Giuliani said. “Just because they are Black, nobody can say it?”
“Two of the people instrumental with them were bigshots in the Weather Underground; they’re convicted terrorists,” Giuliani said.
A quick fact check shows these assertions to be spurious at best.
“Stop the nonsense,” he continued, unchecked. “These are killers and people who hate white people. They are people who hate white men in particular, and they want to do away with mother/father family. They don’t think fathers are necessary.”
