WATCH: Ron DeSantis Says Supreme Court Protest Could be Considered an Insurrection

The Conservative members of the Supreme Court, despite what they said at their senatorial hearings, would like to abolish Roe vs. Wade. And they would like to do so in an easy manner, not facing any kind of backlash or criticism.

ORLANDO, FLORIDA, UNITED STATES – 2021/08/16: Florida Governor, Ron DeSantis holds a press conference to announce the opening of a monoclonal antibody treatment site to help COVID-19 patients recover at Camping World Stadium in Orlando. DeSantis stated that the site will offer the Regeneron treatment, and will operate 7 days a week, treating up to 320 patients a day. (Photo by Paul Hennessy/SOPA Images/LightRocket via Getty Images)

Ron DeSantis appeared on Fox & Friends Monday morning and was asked about protests occurring outside of the Supreme Court. According to the Florida Governor, the protestors are involved in an insurrection.

DeSantis told the Fox hosts:

“Well, I think that we have a rule of law in this country and you don’t get to just have a mob descend on a Supreme Court justices house or try to impede the operations of government because there may be a decision you don’t like. That would be considered an insurrection to stop a court from functioning. And yet they seem to be able to get away with a lot more than if the shoe were on the other foot. So I think that its been really problematic to watch the behavior there.”
