It’s good to have friends in high places. That was certainly the case with long-time political adviser Roger Stone and his relationship with Donald Trump. Stone, who was sentenced to 40 months in prison, was given a last minute reprieve from Trump who commuted his prison sentence.
Rather than just being happy with his freedom, Stone is now looking for payback on the people he see’s as his political enemies. The self-proclaimed “dirty trickster” recently named a number of people who he thinks should be hung.
Stone made the comments on Bubba the Love Sponge’s YouTube show. He asked the host:
“Why would you go in front of the circuit court of D.C.? They’re rank with corruption; all their decisions are political. We have a broken system here and if the president is not reelected the system will never be fixed. And if the president is reelected John Brennan, James Comey, James Clapper, Andrew McCabe, Rod Rosenstein, these people must be tried and convicted of treason, for which as you know, Bubba, the penalty is capital punishment. They must be hung by the neck until dead. That’s what the law says.”
The adviser continued, “These people are caught red-handed thanks to that great American Rick Grenell, who briefly served as Acting Director of National Intelligence, we have, pardon me for using the expression, stone cold truth that these guys, based on declassified documents, were deeply involved in a completely illegally illegitimate effort to usurp the full authority of the United States government and the capability of our intelligence agencies to use falsified evidence to basically stage a coup to try to take down the president.”
