While Donald Trump will tell people that he was wronged in 2020, he has somewhat moved on from his election loss. And if he can avoid legal and health problems, he will almost certainly be the Republican nominee for President in 2024.

However, some of Trump’s biggest sycophants are still pushing his big lie. Matt Gaetz tried to do so during a recent interview on a Florida news station. The interviewer was quick to shoot the Florida congressman’s claims down.
ABC 3’s Bob Solarski asked the Republican, “So, you’re still maintaining the 2020 election was stolen? Are we still going with that?”
“Listen, I believe that Donald Trump won the 2020 election,” Gaetz responded. “I believe that he won the Electoral College.” The news anchor shot back, “You can’t say that without saying there was a gigantic conspiracy across this country and supervisors and election offices to make this happen, and we haven’t still seen any evidence that proves that.”
Gaetz tried to explain himself with a rambling answer involving courageous judges. Judges across the country, even Trump-appointed ones, have thrown Trump’s attempts to overturn the election out of courts.
