WATCH: "Random" Winners of Musk's Illegal Voter Lottery Are Actually Trump PAC Spokespeople

Elon "Leon" Musk is already in legal trouble for his daily $1 million sweepstakes for signing up "random" voters in swing states with a "petition" saying they'll honor the First and Second Amendments by voting for Donald Trump.

But it turns out that, like everything else connected to Trump, the daily giveaway from Musk's "AmericaPAC" is a giant scam.

Swing state voters who signed the PAC’s petition for a chance to be presented with a novelty-sized check were instead deliberately chosen to be paid “spokespeople” for the group. But it turns out the “winners” of the sweepstakes weren't “randomly” selected at all, according to an attorney for the group.

Lawyer Chris Gober told Judge Angelo Foglietta in a Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas courtroom on Monday that there is “no prize to be won” at all, and that recipients instead “must fulfill contractual obligations” on behalf of the PAC.

But the judge was not moved and denied Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner’s request to block Musk's "giveaway."

Perhaps Krasner should have included the testimony of workers hired by AmericaPac to knock on doors and were treated horrifically, with many fearing they were being kidnapped.

The lawsuit marks the first legal action against Musk's Trumpy sweepstakes stunt, which is only open to registered voters in seven swing states and includes a daily "prize" every day until Election Day, resulting in warnings from election law experts and the DOJ that the scheme could be seen as an illegal vote-buying operation.
