WATCH: Papa John Said He Had the Best Tasting Pizza Because it Was Instilled With Conservative Values

In February of this year, the website Yelp released a list of the top 100 pizza places in the United States. While most of the restaurants were in the Northeast or California, many other areas were also represented. Missing from the list were chain pizza places like Dominos, Pizza Hut and Papa John’s.

Papa John’s was started by John Schnatter in Louisville, Kentucky in 1984. The idea was a smash and soon there were thousands of locations across the country. While Papa John’s may have satiated hunger, it was no one’s idea of fine cuisine. Except maybe for Schnatter. The entrepreneur said as this year’s CPAC that his pizza was the best because it was instilled with Conservative values.

Schnatter was ‘canceled’ in 2018 when he showed a remarkable inability to stop using the n-word. He told an interviewer on Thursday, “Over 40% of the stores are losing money. We won ASCI, the highest quality, in the pizza category 18 out of 19 years. Now we’re down with Little Caesars.”

The pizza entrepreneur continued, “If you don’t have that quality and you don’t have that service, and you don’t have the culture, you’re looking at a bad day in the office.”

Schnatter closed, “We built the whole company on Conservative values. Conservative ideology has two of the most critical attributes; truth and God. If you live your life on principle…you’re gonna win.”
