During a Sunday broadcast, former RNC chair and current MSNBC host Michael Steele pointed out two states he felt Kamala Harris would win.
Democrats who watch elections are now quite familiar with which states Kamala Harris has to win to take home the election. But her popularity has helped to expands the Democratic map to states that the Left hasn't been able to win over the last few years.
Michael Steele says that is about to change. Steele, who once ran the Republican National Committee, has a special insight into states and how they could move toward a particular candidate. And the MSNBC pundit believes that is what is going to happen in Florida and North Carolina.
Steele began by saying, "This coalition being created right now by Kamala Harris and Tim Walz is not just one to watch, It will be one that the history books will study, when she takes this thing to victory. Florida and North Carolina will fall, along with Georgia."
The MSNBC host also noted that the main factor driving this change would be the GOP's attack on abortion rights, saying:
"Abortion is in play. What that does is it draws in center-right voters that would otherwise be aligned with the Republican party. That falls away because of the heavy-handed nature in which Republicans want to control women's bodies. The Right is taking away rights, and that doesn't sit well."
