WATCH: Marjorie Taylor Greene Laments That Republicans Weren't Successful on January 6th

Outside of the most extreme members of the House, most Republicans known that the events of January 6th were deeply troubling. Scared of losing their jobs, they don't dare speak out, but most know enough to avoid celebrating the day.

Marjorie Taylor Greene is cut from a different cloth. She has become the face of today's do-nothing GOP and frequently attacks the Speaker of the House, Mike Johnson. During a recent event in Georgia, Greene blasted her party and also had something interesting to say about January 6th.

The Georgia Congresswoman told the attendees:

"We have had bitter battles with one another. But I want you to know that anyone who serves in leadership in America should be prepared to battle for what is right. We should be prepared to fight it out with one another. We should be prepared to find common ground. We should be prepared to hold the line and do what’s right, to do what our voters want us to do. But that has not happened in this Congress. As a matter of fact, our Republican majority has failed completely."

Greene then turned to the events of January 6th. She told the crowd, "Actually, if I had it my way, we would have been successful in our objection on January 6th and he wouldn’t even be president. I’m getting better, though. We’ll get there."
