WATCH: Liz Cheney Joins Kamala Harris at Wisconsin Rally

Vice President Kamala Harris is campaigning with former GOP Congresswoman Liz Cheney on Thursday in Wisconsin as the Democratic presidential candidate continues to gain traction with Republican and centrist voters in the battleground state.

Cheney, her mother Lynn, and her father, former Vice President Dick Cheney, are some of the most prominent Republicans to have endorsed Harris against Donald Trump. Liz Cheney fell out of favor with her party by voting for both of Trump's impeachments, then later serving as Vice Chair on the January 6th House Select Committee.

The location of their pairing is significant, as they'll be in Ripon, Wisconsin at the one-room schoolhouse which was the site of meetings that led to the party's formation in 1854 and is often referred to as the "Birthplace of the Republican Party."

Vice President Harris has amassed more endorsements from Republicans than their own nominee. Over 200 people who worked for Republicans, including former Presidents Ronald Reagan, George H.W. Bush, and George W. Bush, as well as the late Arizona Sen. John McCain and Utah Sen. Mitt Romney, have all backed the Vice President.

Former Trump staffer Cassidy Hutchinson endorsed the Vice President Thursday morning and cited Liz Cheney as an example for all Republicans in this election.

Hutchinson's endorsement comes just days after former Arizona GOP Senator Jeff Flake announced his support for the Harris/Walz ticket.

Vice President Harris has often said that while Republicans may not agree with her platform on all issues, she will be the candidate who upholds the Constitution and is a President for ALL Americans, not just the ones who vote for her.
