Lauren Boebert has been declared the “hottest woman in Congress” — by one right-wing podcast host, at least. Or, actually, “Lauren Boebart” is the recipient of that honor, but fear not, a little sharpie straightened that right up.

Boebert has indicated previously that a significant part of her role in Congress, in her view, is to troll on social media. However, according to Jesse Kelly, she has another role as a decorative element.
Commeroating and honoring her apparent fulfillment of that purpose, his show sent her a certificate declaring her the ‘hottest woman in Congress’ award — but the staff may have been suffering some technical difficulties, judging from the placement of the text (Boebert’s misspelled name is so far right it’s almost falling off the page — or maybe that’s supposed to be a metaphor?).
Watch her show off the certificate below.

Check out this close-up, where you can see that instead of reprinting the document, someone has used a black marker to write an E over the A in Boebert’s misspelled surname.
As an added bonus, she also received a gift certificate for $27.43 to Red Lobster, presumably the reason her “hottest woman” award bears the photo of a plated lobster under her name. Boebert says she’ll check with the ethics committee to make sure the amount is low enough not to be considered a campaign contribution, which is probably prudent on her part, since she’s barely been in office a year and has already been dinged for misusing campaign funds.
