WATCH: Laura Ingraham Laughs Through Clip of Nipsey Hussle’s Funeral
Rapper Nipsey Hussle was murdered outside of his Los Angeles clothing store on March 31. In addition to being a Grammy-nominated rapper, Hussle was also a tireless activist who worked to better his community.
Laura Ingraham ignored these facts during her show on Friday, more focused on the fact that Hussle had a song called F*ck Donald Trump. The Fox Host mocked the rapper relentlessly, laughing during a segment of his memorial service.
The segment began with Ingraham saying, “Yesterday in L.A., thousands lined the streets to say goodbye to rapper Nipsey Hussle. Now this dear artist recently released a song called ‘FDT’ – F Donald Trump.”
While the song had a vulgar title and was critical of the president, that was not the only message. FDT was a call to young people to make their voices heard at the ballot box.
Ingraham critiqued the song, “Now that’s a very creative refrain!” The chyron at the bottom of the screen read, “Nipsey Hussle’s Wholesome Song Featuring Donald Trump.” The host also joked about the presence of controversial Nation of Islam leader, Louis Farrakhan at the funeral.
Here's Laura Ingraham mocking a murder victim, just hours after he was laid to rest, because he opposed Trump 3 years ago. (Also, the man rapping in that video is YG, a person who is not Nipsey Hussle.) For shame.pic.twitter.com/02iBYdr5wo

Despite the Fox News coverage, Hussle was revered for his efforts to help his home town. Former President Barack Obama released a statement saluting his activism:
“His choice to invest in that community rather than ignore it — to build a skills training center and a co-working space in Crenshaw; to lift up the Eritrean-American community; to set an example for young people to follow — is a legacy worthy of celebration.”
