Lindsey Graham just can’t seem to quit Donald Trump. He notably tried after Trump incited an insurrection on the US Capitol in early January. “Trump and I, we’ve had a hell of a journey. I hate it being this way. Oh my god, I hate it,” Graham said on the senate floor. He continued, “All I can say is count me out. Enough is enough.”

About two weeks later, Graham was on the golf course with Trump. And last night, the senator blasted Cheney for saying the GOP needs to move on without the 45th President.

Graham told Fox News’ Sean Hannity, “Can we move forward without President Trump? The answer is no. I’ve always liked Liz Cheney but she’s made a determination that the Republican Party can’t grow with President Trump. I’ve determined we can’t grow without him.” The senator continued, “If you don’t get that, you’re making the biggest mistake in the history of the Republican Party.”

Of course, Graham never wanted Trump in the party in the first place. He called him a “kook” while running against him in 2016. He also famously tweeted of the future President, “If we nominate Trump, we will get destroyed…….and we will deserve it.”
