WATCH: Kamala Harris Unveils New 'Medicare At Home' Plan Live on 'The View'

Vice President Kamala Harris continued her media blitz on Tuesday morning with an appearance on "The View" where she blasted Donald Trump's lies regarding FEMA aid to states hit hard by Hurricane Helene and unveiled a new Medicare plan--not just "concepts of a plan."

The Vice President's "Medicare at Home" initiative will expand Medicare coverage to help cover the costs of home healthcare aides for seniors. The plan, which is aimed at “sandwich generation” women who are taking care of aging parents while raising a family, will help caregivers keep their family members comfortable at home rather than going to a care facility.

VP Harris got in some digs while fielding questions regarding Trump's constant attacks on the White House's response to Hurricane Helene as Hurricane Milton is threatening massive devastation in Florida, calling his behavior "the height of irresponsibility."

Corporate media continues to portray Kamala Harris as some unknown entity to the American people despite being in the public eye daily for the last four years.

Unlike her opponent, Kamala Harris has a sense of humor about herself, which was on full display after she was shown a clip of Maya Rudolph's spot-on impression of her on Saturday Night Live

Vice President also talked about the call from President Joe Biden that changed everything.

Vice President Harris will also sit down with Howard Stern and Stephen Colbert on Tuesday. Meanwhile, her running mate, Gov. Tim Walz (D-MN)--aka the most popular Vice Presidential candidate in modern political history--appeared on "Jimmy Kimmel Live" Monday night and had the audience in stitches.
