When Vice President Kamala Harris agreed to sit down for an interview with Bret Baier, he promised his viewers that they would get an unedited interview where the Vice President wouldn't receive the questions ahead of time.
What he didn't promise was to be fair and respectful, because he wasn't either of those things during the 30 minutes he spent either barraging the Vice President with biased questions or disrespectfully interrupting her.
Baier opened with a question about immigration and stayed on the topic for nearly half of his allotted time with Vice President Harris. At some point in his life, Baier got the false idea that it was fine for him to speak over a Black woman, which is why he thought it was fine to interrupt this Black woman who also is the Vice President of the United States.
Vice President Harris did get plenty of information out despite Baier's best efforts to talk over her, like when she explained how she would've signed the border bill Donald Trump ordered House Republicans to vote against.
He also tried it with her when it came to Trump, but the VP wasn't having any of his Fox News foolishness and scorched him for it.
Baier was also unable to get a rise out of the Vice President, who kept her tone civil when the rest of us were screaming at our screens.
The Twitter consensus was Vice President Harris 1, Bret Baier 0, with many people joking that it took the place of a second debate with Trump.
