WATCH: "Is He Drunk?" Twitter Reacts to Trump's Lies and Slurred Speech at Michigan Town Hall

Donald Trump's public appearances over the last seven weeks have been not just unhinged, but show a clear decline in his mental acuity which is said to be "concerning" for GOP leadership.

Aside from his meltdown at his debate with Vice President Kamala Harris, Trump has held press conferences where he's made crazy claims about California getting its water from a "giant faucet" and ranted at rallies about the Vice President's last name.

Trump added another rambling and delusional monologue to his collection along with his non-answers about childcare, electric boats, Hannibal Lecter, and others at a rally and then a town hall event in Michigan on Friday where he sat slumped over and slurred his speech.

His speech was so bad that his MAGA supporters were leaving in droves, just as Vice President Harris said at the debate. Trump's attempt to cover for the exodus he was witnessing is an indicator of just how broken his gaslight is.

He also doubled down on his proposed increase in tariffs because he doesn't understand how they work.

Trump went straight from that disaster to the Town Hall, where he was definitely low-energy after a long day of lying.

When asked what action he would take as president to ensure that car manufacturing stays in Michigan and preserves jobs, Trump provided no clear policy or even concepts of a policy. Instead, he recycled a long-debunked lie about receiving a non-existent "Man of the Year" award that he gave himself.

Trump is currently trailing Vice President Harris in Michigan by just under two points.
