WATCH: Haley Says She Doesn't Want to Debate DeSantis, is Focused on Donald Trump

A few days back, a desperate Ron DeSantis asked Fox host Sean Hannity to help set up a debate between him and Donald Trump. Trump, who has a massive lead in the polls, has shown little to no interest in debating any of the Republicans who are trailing him.

During the same interview, DeSantis also noted he'd be interested in debating Nikki Haley. Haley and DeSantis are locked in a battle for second place in the Republican race. But when Hannity asked Haley about the request on Thursday night, she didn't seem to take the Florida Governor very seriously.

"Well, I’ve debated him four times," she said of DeSantis. "I love debates, I have no issue with that, but quite honestly Sean, the person I want to debate is Donald Trump. If you can get him on your show, that’s who I want to debate."

Haley continued:

"That’s who we’re looking at, that’s who’s– you know, we’re second place in Iowa, second place in New Hampshire, second place in South Carolina. Donald Trump’s the one we’re looking in the windshield, and that’s the one that I think needs to get up on the debate stage. I think you’d be great at it, I welcome you to try and get that together, but that’s our focus right now is getting Donald Trump on a debate stage."
