Fox News is desperate to focus and anything but the success of Joe Biden right now. Instead, the network has decided that it’s best path forward is to fight the culture war. And a big part of that fight is pretending that racism no longer exists.

Juan Williams fights the good fight every day as a panelist on Fox’s The Five. Williams is the lone Liberal on the show often arguing against four Conservative co-hosts. And during Friday’s show, Watters attempted to use Williams as an example. He told the audience:

“If you look at what critical race theory is, it tells you that white people are bad and that white people are oppressing Black people. Now, Juan is Black. Juan is not oppressed, anyone that wears cuff links is not oppressed.  And every time I see Juan show pictures of his family, everyone looks beautiful, like they are having the time of their lives.”

Williams responded, “Wow, I think talking about race makes many people uncomfortable…I don’t think that healing can begin unless we have a conversation. And if all of you are saying that school children are such snowflakes. You can’t tell them about American history. You can’t tell them about slavery. You can’t tell them about the rise of the Klan. You can’t tell them about black people being lynched. That’s why we need to have that conversation.
