As Donald Trump has gotten older and his legal problems have mounted, his behavior has become even more extreme. He was off the rails in 2020, but nowhere near this level. Even his handlers seemingly have no idea what he is going to say.
Trump appeared on Fox News this morning with Maria Bartiromo. At one point, the host asked about the potential of Gavin Newsom and Michelle Obama as political candidates. The former President couldn't help but curse when answering the question.
Bartiromo asked, "Well, Gavin Newsom's right out of central casting. How are you going to do up against Gavin Newsom?"
"Because he's, he's so much bullshit," Trump said as Fox News bleeped the word. "His state is doing horribly. You look at the homeless problem. You look at the people that are leaving. You have companies that are leaving. They're all leaving for other locations. I think Gavin's easy because California is a disaster."
He then moved onto Michelle Obama, who's never shown any interest in being a political candidate, "you have to see," Trump responded. "Look, I've seen polls where she doesn't do well. She may do well, but I've seen polls where I beat her easily. I beat her by a lot. I had four great years."
