WATCH: Fox Guest Calls Out Tucker Carlson, Mercedes Schlapp as Conspiracy Theorists Live on Air
America is having great success inoculating people so far. Millions of people are getting their shots each day and Joe Biden recently announced that nearly every American will be eligible for the vaccine by mid-April.
Since the vaccine rollout has been a success for Biden, Conservative media figures are rushing to take the air out of his sails. In a Tuesday segment, the GOP’s Mercedes Schlapp debated Chris Hahn over vaccine protocols and Hahn slammed Schlapp and others as conspiracy theorists.
During the spot, Schlapp claimed that the Biden administration was working with Big Tech to create vaccine passports. Hahn was quick to call out the lie.
“Here’s what’s troubling,” he said. “The private sector is driving it, not the government. But Republicans, like everything else they’ve done during this horrible crisis we’ve been through, are pushing these conspiracy theories that the government is trying to control you, which is causing some of their followers not to get vaccinated.”

Hahn continued, “People like Tucker Carlson, like Jim Jordan, like Mercedes here right now … trying to convince people that the government is somehow watching you. That is very irresponsible. It’s the private sector that wants to make sure that people coming into their venues are vaccinated so that their patrons can be safe from COVID-19.”
An irate Schlapp responded, “I am not going to take this from you. You are not going to call me a liar. You are not going to call me a conspiracy theorist, you’re not going to call Tucker Carlson a conspiracy theorist. That is wrong.”
A bemused Hahn shot back, “he is, you are.”
