WATCH: Fox & Friends Accuse AOC of Election Interference, Blame Her for Trump’s Poor Rally Turnout

Donald Trump spent the last week pining to get back in front of his people. The Trump campaign had bragged all week about one million people requesting tickets for his Tulsa event. That did not become a reality. The Tulsa Fire Department estimates that only around 6,200 people attended the rally.

On Sunday morning, the hosts of Fox & Friends were in complete damage control mode. They took aim at Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez who had gleefully tweeted about a teenage prank pulled on the Trump campaign. According to the hosts, this amounted to the congresswoman committing “election interference.”

AOC tweeted to Brad Parscale on Saturday night, “Actually you just got ROCKED by teens on TikTok who flooded the Trump campaign w/ fake ticket reservations & tricked you into believing a million people wanted your white supremacist open mic enough to pack an arena during COVID.”

This enraged host Jedidiah Billa, who remarked, “This kind of makes my blood boil. One thing I cannot stomach is an adult mean girl. Why would you be proud of people for doing something, first of all, just nasty. If you’re going to buy up tickets to try to fake somebody out and make them think — I mean, that’s just nasty behavior.”

Pete Hegseth thought that Ocasio-Cortez’s motives were even more sinister. “Remember how much we heard about campaign interference,” he asked. “Now, she’s so proud of this millennial zoomer campaign interference. It’s very, very telling.”
