Republicans have been in control of the House of Representatives for close to a year. And the House GOP has made it clear that they intend to impeach Joe Biden. The problem is, however, that there is no leadership in the party and no evidence of any wrong doing by the President.
The GOP had a hearing yesterday concerning Hunter Biden. It devolved into a side show with Nancy Mace and Marjorie Taylor Greene, in particular, humiliating themselves. The hosts of Fox and Friends discussed the shenanigans on Thursday and wondered if the Biden impeachment vote will ever actually happen.
Steve Doocy began, "it is unclear, at this point on Capitol Hill, if Republicans actually have enough votes to, if they bring it up to a vote, it would pass. Because the Republicans in the House are in such disarray. The Speaker of the House is hanging onto his job by a thread."
Doocy continued to talk about embattled Speaker Mike Johnson saying, it just takes one (congressperson) for a motion to vacate. That's what happened to Kevin McCarthy."
Ainsley Earhardt then weighed in, "Please say that they're not ready to go down that road again."
Brian Kilmeade then lamented, "they just want to make sure they're not in the majority next election."
