Donald Trump has played a bizarre game when it comes to COVID vaccines. He, of course, wants credit for the shot being developed when he was in office. He also knows that many of his fans are resistant to vaccinations, thanks to him.

During his weekend rally, Trump told followers he had gotten a booster shot and recommended doing the same. The advice resulted in boos from some of the attendees. During a recent interview, Bill O’Reilly explained how he had to reassure Trump he did the right thing.
The former Fox host told Dan Abrams:
”I said ‘This is good for you, this is good that people see another side of you, not a political side, you told the truth, you believe in the vax, your administration did it, and you should take credit for it, because it did save, I don’t know, hundreds of thousands of lives.’”
In a video that O’Reilly’s news analysis show “No Spin News” shared to Twitter Monday, both O’Reilly and Trump revealed their vaccination statuses information to a Dallas, Texas, crowd during the final stop of “The History Tour.” #billoreilly #nospinnews #trump pic.twitter.com/kIFrZ68wOd

O’Reilly was also asked about the odds of his friend running for president again, and he felt they were pretty strong. “I’m trying to tell President Trump, run on your record. He’s going to run again, all right,” he responded.
