President Donald Trump spent the long Memorial Day weekend focusing on what he loves most — golf and incredibly disturbing Twitter rants.  On Tuesday morning, the  President promised to start “focusing” on his job — a promise that lasted exact 123 minutes.

If you follow Trump on Twitter you’re probably aware that the President spent the three-day weekend blaming Democrats for his immigration policies, claiming that a very real White House official didn’t exist, and using Memorial Day to claim dead soldiers would be happy with his economic and general policies.

“Happy Memorial Day!” Trump tweeted. “Those who died for our great country would be very happy and proud at how well our country is doing today. Best economy in decades, lowest unemployment numbers for Blacks and Hispanics EVER (& women in 18years), rebuilding our Military and so much more. Nice!”

Trump then shifted his attention to the Mueller investigation while ranting about Hillary Clinton.

The increasingly erratic tweets continued on Tuesday morning when Trump claimed Robert Mueller and his investigators will be “meddling” in the midterm elections.

Following that claim, Trump promised to get focused:

“Sorry, I’ve got to start focusing my energy on North Korea Nuclear, bad Trade Deals, VA Choice, the Economy, rebuilding the Military, and so much more, and not on the Rigged Russia Witch Hunt that should be investigating Clinton/Russia/FBI/Justice/Obama/Comey/Lynch etc.”

123 minutes later, Trump was back to attacking the American free press.

“The Fake Mainstream Media has, from the time I announced I was running for President, run the most highly sophisticated & dishonest Disinformation Campaign in the history of politics,” he tweeted. “No matter how well WE do, they find fault. But the forgotten men & women WON, I’m President!”

123 minutes to break a promise as the President of the United States? Let’s allow that to sink in for a moment.
